公司運用先進下料設備和軟件，采用材料利用率考核體系，對邊角料資源進行綜合回收利用；通過數據對比分析，包括產品數據與工藝管理、零件圖導入與零件庫管理、排料管理、優(yōu)化排料等環(huán)節(jié)，有效降低原材料消耗；公司主要原材料消耗降至0.757t/t，工業(yè)固廢綜合利用率高達98.08%，各項績效指標均位于行業(yè)領先地位。

原料無害化

公司嚴格要求供應商遵循國家關于化學品限制或禁用的相關法規(guī)，采用水性環(huán)氧底漆替代溶劑型環(huán)氧底漆，成功實現有害物質的替代。

改進和優(yōu)化能源平衡

公司通過改造噴漆線天然氣加熱室及循環(huán)管路系統(tǒng)，實現余熱循環(huán)利用；公司全員積極參與，持續(xù)推行部門內及跨部門節(jié)能減碳改善活動。
