About RLVs
RLVs (Roll Lifting Vehicles) are AGVs equipped with forks to lift and transport different types of rolls.

Technical Specifications
- Speed: from 0.5 to 2 m/s
- Standard acceleration and deceleration: 0.5 m/s2
- Lift heights: up to 1500 mm for single mast and 3000 mm for double telescopic mast design.
Higher lift heights (even up to 10 m) can be achieved on demand.
- Upon demand, heavy-duty RLVs for loads up to 6 tonnes can be manufactured
Design Details
- Fork design: modified according to the orientation of the roll to be handled. Extra handling devices, such as roll gripper, fork rotator or side shift can be added to the RLV.
- No damage during transport of the rolls to the machines.
On request, RLVs can be equipped with an RPMS (Roll Positioning Measurement System).
