操作技能看哪家，龍合工匠頂呱呱。天道酬勤、業(yè)道酬精，三百六十行行行出狀元，作為生產(chǎn)一線的“練家子”，練就精湛的操作技藝，嫻熟穩(wěn)定的產(chǎn)能輸出，是基本功、也是拿手絕活、更是弘揚(yáng)工匠精神的力量之源！

近日，我公司為加快培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)型人才，提高生產(chǎn)線員工的崗位技術(shù)水平和業(yè)務(wù)技能，激發(fā)員工們力爭上游的勞動熱情和創(chuàng)造力，舉行了第三屆生產(chǎn)技能比武大賽。

本次活動作為第三屆大賽，與實際的生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)緊密結(jié)合，有針對性的從比武項目的操作技能基本功出發(fā)，以焊接、行車安全操作兩個技術(shù)工種的特點來設(shè)計比賽項內(nèi)容，共計40名“身懷絕技”的生產(chǎn)高手參賽，個個摩拳擦掌、躍躍欲試，都想要通過真本事一戰(zhàn)高下。

“吊桶過障礙曲線運行項目”比賽中，別看參賽選手都是“七尺大漢”但全都粗中帶細(xì)，個個手眼合一、操作自如，只看吊桶在障礙桿中間快速、準(zhǔn)確、靈巧的輕松通過，如同蝴蝶穿花般靈動自如，漂亮地完成一系列高難度的操作，讓人看得賞心悅目。

再看“焊接項目”比賽，各路參賽高手們鎮(zhèn)定自若，手中的焊接工具猶如火龍吐珠噴濺出明亮的火花，在讓人絢爛炫目的火樹銀花的綻放中，安全、規(guī)范地制作出一件件“焊鱗”工整、結(jié)構(gòu)牢固、品質(zhì)合格的焊接件“藝術(shù)品”，讓在場觀戰(zhàn)的員工拍案叫絕。

技術(shù)比武，就是生產(chǎn)線上的全明星、奧斯卡，不僅是員工專業(yè)技能的交流，也是員工精神風(fēng)貌和意志品質(zhì)的集中檢閱，更是一次引導(dǎo)和深化廣大員工崗位練兵、崗位成才、崗位奉獻(xiàn)的總動員。最后，總調(diào)室主任就本次比賽和大家做了簡單交流，并為“技冠群雄”勝出的明星員工進(jìn)行了表彰嘉獎。自此，異彩紛呈的技能比武大賽取得圓滿成功，意猶未盡，讓我們期待第四屆更精彩的項目未完待續(xù)。
